• Reporting to the General Manager with responsibility and accountability on Electrical Projects execution and projects managing for GCC's Territory • Key functions:­ - Managing projects for Low-Voltage distribution panels for medium-large projects within Buildings, Shopping Malls, Industrials & infrastructure market segment. ­ - Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.­ - Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals.­ - Insures effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between involved parties.­ - Budget monitoring and trend tracking.­ - Requires extensive regular contact with assigned project Clients.­ - Participating in Client/contractor meetings and resolving Client/engineering and management project issues.­ - Accountable for the successful completion of engineering projects.­ - Accountability for relationship management and Client satisfaction on the project.

• I am managing the electrical work of Bawabat Al Sharq project which is the prestigious project in Abu Dhabi. The project worth over $ 250 millions . • Key functions:­ - Receiving Tender Documents/Design & ensuring Contract Document/Drawing match with relevant list. - ­Preparation of Electrical Technical Submittal and assisting in the preparation of pre-qualification documents.­ - Preparation of B.O.Q. and sending inquiries to the approved suppliers and follow up.­ - Comparing Supplier Quotation with Tender Specification for variations. - Planning for required manpower, Supervising Electrical General Foremen and solving technical problems in coordination with Electrical Project Engineer.­ - Appraise the Electrical Project Engineer/Project Manager about possible cost saving alternative.

• Reporting to the General Manager with responsibility and accountability on Electrical Projects execution and projects estimation for GCC's Territory • Key functions:­ - Estimation of projects for Low-Voltage distribution panels for medium-large projects within O&G, Buildings, Industrials, Utilities market segment. ­ - Following up on quotations with clients and pursuing enquiries from principals and suppliers.­ - Following up on technical submittals for approvals by projects' consultants such as NPCC, Mott-MacDonald, & Jumaa Al Majid.­ - Project Management of existing projects until successful sign-off. - Managed daily operations and communications between involved parties to ensure success P&L­ - Design of technical solutions to improve sales and margins.

• Reporting to the Project Director, leading project implementation within Lebanon market • Key functions:­ - Following up material orders with procurement department to ensure manufacturing start on time. - Observing & controlling manufacturing processes and making reports for every stage of execution. - Following up plans agreed on at lunching meetings and trying to meet scheduled dates during execution. - Ensure successful execution of project and complete delivery on time. • During this period Hussein had a training program in Korea where he was updated on the Korean Electrical World in Automation and Machine Markets.
