• Work with the Operations team to make operational adjustments as necessary, to ensure continued growth in productivity and efficiency, by reviewing KPls, daily.• Apply lean principles to optimize work/process flow, to include reducing machine set-up and changeover times (SMED).• Investigate and implement new technologies to digitalize and automate product manufacturing and machine connectivity within the plant.• Document standard work, including creation of work instructions, recording, and analyzing cycle times, and value stream mapping.• Partner with Plant and Functional area leadership to implement the Dover OPEX program.• Lead/coordinate continuous improvement events (Kaizen, VS Mapping etc.)• Train others on Cl tools such as RCA, SPC, 5S, One Piece Flow, Pulls Systems etc.• Manage implementation projects through others.• Develop project plans (Capex, CI, Product Line Moves, New Product Introduction, Facility Upgrades etc.)• Develop Capex project proposals and approval submission packages in close cooperation with finance and functional area leaders.• Act as a Project Manager to Execute projects.• Lead cross functional project teams.

o Develop and manage project schedules related to new product launches and design modifications.o Support production to resolve equipment, process, and technical issues to maintain the process in an optimal stateo Identify, recommend and implement improvements in methods, procedures, technology, equipment, or workflow which increase throughput and/or accuracy o Support design and operation team with tooling, jigs, and hardware for the production areao Support the development of new processes, equipment, and procedures to improve the cycle time, quality, and assembly performanceo Develops and implement automation improvements to existing machines and/or processes to increase throughput and reduced cost with maintaining all safety measures o Leading in the creation and updating of FMEAs, MOC and EWso Collating and submitting capital justification for upgraded or new equipment and automation o Design and develop for sub-assembly area to support the assembly line considering takt time, headcount variation, and mix models

o Responsible of preparing and modifying BOM, drawings, ECR, DR, CD sheets, manage project schedules related to new and existing product designso Interact with all phases of the product change process start with drafting, testing, manufacturing, quality, purchasing end with shop floor and manage that processo Work with each department individually to provide the needed supporto Reviewing bill of material, design structure, drawings for each projecto Follow department procedures and other duties as assigned

o Selecting and pricing for various products and prepare quotations along with documentation o Support Marketing to develop sales for the new products and application developmentso Working on assigned project and meets deadlines as required by project scheduleo Create compliance and deviation sheetso Maintain professional and technical knowledgeo Manage selling activities by creating weekly sales report o Review projects, Drafter Work, design plans, order specifications and PO informationo Document commercial, technical approvals, certifications and other information for future referenceo Communicate with current and potential customers by CRM softwareo Interacts with field team, constructing’s and end user for technical support
