My responsibilities in this role were the follow : - Plan and execute the maintenance and repair of civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems inthe facility to ensure optimal function and safety.- Schedule and oversee the work of contractors and maintenance technicians to ensure timelycompletion of projects and tasks.- Conduct regular inspections of the facility and equipment to identify and address any potential issuesbefore they become major problems.- Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance andrepairs.- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximizeoperating efficiency.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
