I am currently working on the development of parametric circuits for enhanced wireless sensing and far-field identification. I am also working on employing parametric circuits in RF signal processing and in developing phase noise reduction techniques for RF systems.

Participated in the Cairo University Web of Objects (CUWoO) project. The project is based on the Internet of Things (IoT) where the main target was to control the air conditioners and the lighting of the mega buildings using smart algorithms. I was in charge of designing the hardware of the circuits and creating the PCBs of the sensor nodes that collect the data from the environment and send it to the main server, as well as designing the software of the microcontrollers that handle the received data from the sensors and send it to the server.

Participated with my team in Designing and fabricating the All-Digital Phase Locked Loop (ADPLL) and integrating the design with the (CUSPARC) which is the first Egyptian processor designed in Cairo University. My role was to design the complete blocks of the ADPLL through the RTL and circuit levels and to test the design functionality using the Verilog and the Cadence tools using IBM 130-nm technology (tape-out experience)
