As the Regional Head of SME Credit Relations at CIB Egypt, I lead, manage, and direct five teams that are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with credit customers in the SME segment. With over 15 years of banking experience, I have developed a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of SMEs, and how to provide them with tailored and effective financing solutions.I am also an MBA holder accredited by Paris ESLSCA Business School, and a certified business coach, which enables me to enhance my strategic, analytical, and leadership skills, and to share my knowledge and insights with other entrepreneurs and business owners. I do this by delivering and communicating the segment strategy, providing the required synergy and harmony between credit relations teams and all stakeholders groups, and supporting the relaunch of the loan commerce business for SMEs and the new CBE's initiative.
