As the Regional Head of SME Credit Relations at CIB Egypt, I lead, manage, and direct five teams that are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with credit customers in the SME segment. With over 15 years of banking experience, I have developed a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of SMEs, and how to provide them with tailored and effective financing solutions.I am also an MBA holder accredited by Paris ESLSCA Business School, and a certified business coach, which enables me to enhance my strategic, analytical, and leadership skills, and to share my knowledge and insights with other entrepreneurs and business owners. My goal is to empower SMEs to grow and succeed, and to contribute to the economic development and social impact of Egypt. I do this by delivering and communicating the segment strategy, providing the required synergy and harmony between credit relations teams and all stakeholders groups, and supporting the relaunch of the loan commerce business for SMEs and the new CBE's initiative.

Discuss, on regular basis, and follow up with stakeholders “underwriting, early warnings, credit Admin, corporate loans & operations” that all quality measurement and superior services are provided to the customers and take corrective actions, if needed.2.
