AlBilad Future Program It is an intensive training program for 15 months covering the most of IT departments and units.1- First rotation was in Network department and I covered the below:• Switching and routing • Port security• Have background on MPLS, EIGRP, RIP, TELNET and SSH protocols.Tools:• Stateseeker• Solar Wends• Websense 2- Second rotation was in Security department and I covered the below:• SOC unit: Symantic mail gateway, splunk• Compliance : reviewing policies.• SAC: Active Directory3- Third rotation was in PMO department and I covered the below:• User service unit: understand cycle of the unit, analyze 5 business cases, create and analyze many CRs.• Change Management unit: understand the cycle of the unit, read and analyze strategic plans.• Project Management Control unit: worked as coordinator for a project.4- Fourth rotation was in Solution and development department and I covered the below: • CRM unit: I learned about BPM ( skelta ) and how to create a workflow and connect it with sharepoint and publish it. • Business Intelligence team: -Understand Hadoop Cloudara and its algorithm-Understand Data hup-Worked with Pandas,NumPy and Matplotlib libraries and used these libraries in cleansing big data for AI purposes.5- Quality Assurance: • SIT (Software Integration Test) • UAT ( User acceptance Test ) 6- Technical Service Desk: • Client System Unit: Microsoft Products, SCCM, Azur, HPMS and HPAM. • Help Desk Unit: Respond to users via phones and solving there problems.
