My greatest asset is an unrelenting drive and persistence to improve situations and relations I encounter where progress has stalled or turned into regress.My biggest passion in life is probably the potential of everything we as humans can achieve within collective health, wellbeing and scientific understanding and how to reach that potential.Energising people towards what we can achieve must win over the frustration of running into the barriers that, yet, prevent such progress.I founded Hussfelt Netware AB back in 2001 with a purpose: Providing truly effective organisational development and management services, always built with people at the center. I am intent on building sustainable projects; projects that will aid its stakeholders and secure its resources in the long term.The company was founded around the idea that socially responsible organisations are more successful than others in the long term. That includes both human and financial outcomes.In the years since the company founding, I have done voluntary work and provided management services to organisations in various sizes and sectors, predominantly Fortune 500's, done Board work, written for Swedish press and earned an MBA.I have studied Business and Management and nourished my interest for human rights and non-partisan politics. This pursuit of knowledge and experience has worked as a means of improving the value of my work to customers on one hand and on providing financial stability to the company on the other hand.I have found that studying how to tame culture, power dynamics and internal politics to be invaluable in achieving success in my cooperation with customers.This, along with persistence, longer-term strategic planning and believing in people are the cornerstones of my work.Since my early years, I have often without seeking it gotten into roles of representing or chairing for my community or class or school or area of common interest. Typical examples: - Develop department strategy and processes for environmental responsibility. - Manage business unit organisation, integrity and security of information systems. - Chair and facilitate school meetings.I have spent a significant portion of my life on gathering insights and actively lobbying people in power to distinguish and confront special interests where it matters for societal progress. Critical self-reflection is a core part of this. Acknowledging and celebrating results is at least as important.We all need to nurture a common sense of duty to make effective progress. That is how we got here.
