I successfully implemented a Collaborative, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) agenda/framework for USAID technical teams and mission staff. My responsibilities also included analyzing and standardizing processes and tools, and provided valuable input on organizational assessment tools and agendas. Additionally, I was part of a team to conduct a Performance Management Plan (PMP) analysis and monitored and assessed the mission's learning agenda and CLA plans. I also analyzed development trends in data and contributed to effective communication by documenting and disseminating learning and knowledge management.

As a Public Relations Executive Consultant, I played a key role in the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office's promotional efforts and implementation of the 25th Anniversary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. My responsibilities included planning and executing promotional events and cultural projects in multiple countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, The Philippines and Brunei Darussalam, managing digital media channels, and overseeing administrative tasks for the Public Relations Team.

Developed, supervised, and managed the high-quality delivery of Oxfam's humanitarian project in Indonesia, in particular, ensured that the project implementation complied with the Ministry of Social Affairs (MOSA) and related donors' requirements.

Supported Oxfam's Head of Funding and External Relations in completing the final RKT (Annual working plan) documents and preparing the administration/logistics document for partner organizations.Assisted seven local partner organizations in the target regencies/cities to obtain the RKT documents signed by the designated local governments.

Managed and supervised the implementation of She Creates Change project including liaised with vendors, speakers, media partners, and other stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything was in order, developed and maintained event budgets, arranged event logistics (venue, catering, audiovisual, transportation, schedule of speakers, etc.) as well as coordinated with the core committee team of Change.org to develop the program agenda.

Led the implementation, and supervised the quality of DPG (Desa Peduli Gambut) project’s activities in South Sumatera and West Kalimantan in close coordination with the project field team in both project areas.Conducted needs and capacity assessment with the DPG Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Unit, including ensuring that the indicators and obligations towards Badan Restorasi Gambut (BRG) and donors related to the projects were fulfilled.

Provided technical leadership in developing Disaster Risk Management (DRM) systems in the CWS’s project areas – Toraja Utara District and Timor Tengah Selatan (TTS) District.Assisted and provided technical advice to Project Managers/Project Officers including local partners (BPBDs and local NGOs) in the use of the community-based approach and particularly in the development of DRM policies at the district and village level as well as in managing and supervising administrative, and documentation tasks to support the project’s implementation.Designed a framework for monitoring and evaluation and project Performance Indicators.

Developed annual Grant Acquisition Management operating plan;Provided technical support up to 10 projects and programs in development and ongoing improvement of program quality, ensuring alignment to National Strategy and Global Ministry Standards.

Led the implementation of the Integrated Community-Based Risk Reduction (ICBRR) Program in West Sumatera Province in partnership with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI), including developing program strategies, and budget, and providing technical assistance to PMI at all levels. Supported the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) and the Provincial Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) in the implementation of the Emergency Operational Centers (EOC/PUSDALOPS) Project funded by AIFDR in the three provinces (Jambi, D,I Yogyakarta, and Bali) by providing technical assistance to BNPB/BPBD in developing national guideline and SOP of EOC.

Acted as a focal point between PMI and FRC in managing and supervising the implementation of the Community Awareness Program in the provinces of Aceh, West Sumatera, Jambi, DKI Jakarta, Yogyakarta, and Bali, which included providing technical inputs to all PMI's proposed work plans and budgets at the national, provincial, and district levels.Created monitoring and evaluation tools, including the program’s exit strategy, and oversaw budget spending.

Assisted the FRC Disaster Management Team in maintaining and developing institutional linkages with other key DM players and stakeholders in Indonesia.Supported the development of program activities including writing reports and meeting minutes, researching and organizing information on DRR (Disaster Risk Reduction).

Assisted the Movement Coordinator in organizing and facilitating coordination meetings during the Tsunami Recovery Operation in Indonesia, while worked closely with the IFRC GIS Unit and the Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Agency (BRR) to update the BRR RAND database system with current information related to the recovery operation.database system.

Responsible to handle inbound and outbound shipping-related matters that also include pick-up and delivery, customer complaint and improper shipment.
