Educated in England and having worked in the Middle East, I effectively understand cultural and geographical requirements in customer and team interaction.For the past fifteen years, first with Coremetrics, then IBM, and finally with Acoustic, my work has been to provide solutions that combine third party vendor offerings on customer sites that work efficiently and effectively. This has ranged from supporting complicated customer integrations, combining third party vendor offerings in dynamic delivery to client sites as well as working as the chair of the specification committee for the W3C Committee data standard, digitalData.
