1) Responsible for Military and “Oil & Gas” projects reporting for projects director and business unit manager.2) Plan and schedule efforts on the projects to ensure that “projects’ technical, SOW, scope, cost, quality and schedule performance objectives are achieved.3) Maintain and coordinate vertical and horizontal schedule integration amongst solution and service provider’s schedules.4) Perform ongoing schedule analyses, evaluate /recommend schedule improvement opportunities5) Evaluate project deviations to assess schedule impact for proper decision making.6) Utilize project cost estimates to resource load project schedules and gain alignment with estimated scope of work and the project schedule7) Maintain integrated schedule during the project life cycle monitoring progress and incorporating modifications where changes in the original scope occur or delays are encountered.8) Manage the technical teams to optimize the time and cost of the projects.9) Procurement planning by requesting materials, samples, Delivery Schedule, and materials follow-up10) Following payments approval, invoice request, invoice client approval, and PO’s.11) Design and implement ELV & Low current systems to meet the customer needs.12) Supervise the installations and do the configurations for system components. 13) Prepare and perform the required inspections along with the consultant and follow up the notes to guaranty the smooth handle of the projects.
