After a successful turn around and divestiture, Ericsson closed this site. I chose a startup over a new assignment in Sweden.•Turned the $140M loss Radio BU around within one-year;•Secured internal funding and created start-ups;▪Decreased product costs 4% to 60%;▪Deployed new software with zero high priority incidents;▪Created systems for cable high speed data and VoIP;▪Shipped industry’s first USB DOCSIS Cable Modem;▪Decreased field trouble reports by 16% in first year;▪Achieved CMM Level 3 – confirmed by SEI audit;▪Divested the LMR business as part of the turnaround. -
