- Developed and proposed innovative components and system enhancements to drive continuous improvement in two concurrently operating glass coating facilities: Vietnam Glass Industry 1 (VGI-1) and Vietnam Glass Industry 3 (VGI-3)-Developed detailed drawings for workshop and supplier fabrication.Managed equipment across Glass Forming, Annealing, and Utility processes.- Provided technical training and risk assessment instruction to individual workforce members prior to operational activities.- Supervised a team comprising 5 assistant foremen and 8 mechanical technicians.- Oversaw the control of spare parts and inventory management.

Successfully participated in and completed the Mechanical Annealing and Piping Utility Project. This project, known as the "Cold Repair" initiative, involved the demolition and reconstruction of the VGI-1 Coating-Glass factory after 12 years of operation.
