Highlands Coffee, Aldo, Pho24, ...MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:- Coordinate and work with departments and divisions within the organization to collect qualitative and quantitative data and internal and external information (both official and non-traditional).- Execute data integration and analysis by building descriptive model and predictive model with supports from Data Analytics Department.- Deliver reports on the company’s businesses, market competitions, industry analysis, customer insights to support the business with information of the competitive landscape, being aware of market’s the opportunities and threats and the company’s strengths and weaknesses.PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:- Support the CTO and CEO in delivering reports and other tasks as requires.- Support the team in daily operation.- Encourage subordinates to join professional training courses and acquire new professional analytical skills..- Help subordinates to develop their career roadmap.- Help to improve process of business to be operation excellence

- Interpret data, analyze results and provide dashboard reports for both internal & external stakeholders.- Maintain data visualization, ensure data availability, efficiency & accuracy. - Provide insights, maintain key metrics & KPIs to keep track of business health in general.- Explore data to provide actionable insights & recommendation for improvement opportunities.- Develop and implement data collection systems, guidelines and other strategies that optimize report efficiency and integrity.- Advocate a data informed culture to guide & automate daily business, operation & product

Main responsibility:- Be a key to control process of HR Department (60 people)- Manage database of team (SQL server, Excel, Google sheet...)- Consolidate data and establish visualization report to track all activities and index of HR team (Headcount, Recruiting, Working, ARPE, Turnover), directly report to manager and director- Provide solutions, advices to improve how we develop business- Report directly to the BODOther Responsibility- BA and consult recruitment workflow depend on the demand of position- BA operation system (Order management system)- Directly build and teach Course "Introduction to Data", "Building basic report"- Consult and design overall Marketing report- Design 2D for Marketing.

Main responsibility- Key person in exploiting new Digital Sale Department- Analyze report: Customer segment, Marketing...- Responsible for re-design and deploy Web, Apps of Department- Design and write process, brief of the system of Online Channel- Work with 3rd parties for deploying System, Web, AppsAnother responsibility- Manage recruit team to make sure for having enough employees in Department- Screen CV and interview- Deploy the working-process of new employees

- Build and manage whole process and report of HR team- Use Power BI to monitor all Recruitment team’s activity via number from the report via Marketing Concept- Receive candidate’s feedbacks and pass onto Recruitment team- Perform training for staffs on software, service quality etc.- Provide solutions and advices to improve team- Analyze, tracking and develop report - Report directly to the BOD
