I joined the OSU Sports Product Development in the Fall of 2020. I became an ambassador for the club in the Winter of 2021 before transitioning to the role of Chief Operations Officer in January 2022. My responsibilities include facilitating conversations during leadership team meetings, as well as creating and presenting PowerPoint presentations during weekly club meetings. Additional responsibilities include leading a project subteam, and captaining various intramural sport teams.

I interned at Danner Boots, a subsidiary of LaCrosse Footwear, as part of the MECOP program. I worked closely with the Production Readiness Unit as part of the Commercialization team to ensure that new products were market-ready. I also provided support to commercialization and factory operations by working cross-functionally with the sample team and operators to develop, maintain, and organize everything pattern-related.

I interned for Selmet Inc. as part of the MECOP program from April 2021 to September 2021. I was brought back on after the end of my internship for another 4 months as a part-time technician, where my work primarily revolved around using 3D CAD software to create 3D printed prototypes. As a part of the process engineering team, my responsibilities mainly involved the optimization of the casting process. This was mainly accomplished by talking and listening to operators and implementing their feedback. Additional duties included using Microsoft Office applications in order to update work instructions.
