* Established HMS first major effort in automating functional testing and performance testing of the company's main revenue generating JEE web applications, by utilizing HP QC, QTP, and LoadRunner tools.* Designed and developed a regression testing framework which is used as the foundation to build automated regression testing suites for many of the company's JEE web applications. This framework utilizes shared test object repository, shared functions, reusable actions, parameterized data read from xls files, keyword driven testing, descriptive programming, and a recyclable regression test data subset in the test DB, to create a highly efficient regression testing infrastructure.* Led in performance testing for HMS' revenue generating web applications to assist in performance enhancement of these web application. In addition, led in performance testing for other internal applications, for the evaluation of vendor tools, and for the tuning effort of the CA Wily tool configuration and setup.* Provided major tasks in other QA, testing, and automation related activities such as database re-engineering to improve performance and storage efficiency, and performance evaluation study of database solutions from IBM and Oracle.* Led other QAs to provide expert guidance on QA and automation processes and techniques.
