Continuing to build up and lead the team up to 700 employees within 2018. The site has been providing premium customer support services in many products to the biggest software company in the world. • Successfully built the team of 250 employees up to now. • Leading the operations for varied types of customer support services from consumer to commercial. • Innovative provided ideas to the organization built and growth: Tek Academy to train/recruit the freshers; HR process enhancement. • Being part of the global management team to drive the corporation business operations.

Responsible for the day-to-day running of the business with a particular emphasis on sales and business development. Made sure that the business continues to grow by way of developing new clients whilst maintaining its existing customer base. The company resulted in $600K annual revenues.Developed business proposal and directly managed big domestic projects: • Mobile payment platform & systems for a Bank currently up to 30K merchant- users; • Data entry services for Government supplied to 04 provinces in Vietnam. Resources fulfillment up to 200 people.• Management Information System for Universities (Academic Portal, Learning Management System, Content Management System, Exam/Test Management System). The whole systems launched in Google Computing environment. Currently deployed in 03 universities and some high schools in Vietnam.

Implemented all financial systems, operating structure. Directed production and order fulfillment processes. Managed teams of up to 100 employees and contractors. This business unit is specialized for European market (especially German).• Established and built the unit from zero to $2M in annual revenues.• Mainly handled technical pre-sale to win a $500K project with a big German company to provide cloud EDI development services.• Joined with technical & sale team to provide solution advisory for a German SI (System Integrator) to win an Offshore Development Center of 40 headcounts. The projects aimed to develop mobile portals & apps to support telecom business.• Supervised broadly all projects of those business units.

Responsible for the business development (including technical presale support) & human capital development of Business Unit 10 with more than 200 staffs. Directly led a separate division of 15 staffs established for new business.Business Development• Directly closed sale deal with an Irish client based in Dublin, a team of 10 headcounts with $400K in annual revenues. • Developed plans and joined technical support for new business in European & US market.Human Capital Development• Implement strategic organizational change to increase productivity and employee satisfaction: monthly evaluation, rewards by extraordinary performance.• Successfully built and deployed vertical management model for the organization. This model solved HR problems & encouraged staffs to grow.

Responsible as Project Manager & Technical Leader for many projects varied from 03 to 40 team members.• Led successfully a big project of 40 team members with $600K budget from Nov 2005 to Jul 2007.• Built and developed a team of 20 members to serve development services for a world-second-big mailing corporation.• Joined pre-sale team to provide technical solutions for clients in France, Hungary.
