Current• Participated in supporting customers in searching, negotiating with suppliers and arrange the shipments.• Received documents from customers, check and advise to complete documents to ensure compliance with regulations and procedures.• Coordinate with relevant departments to closely monitor the progress of goods, promptly resolve customer requests, questions, and complaints in a reasonable and dedicated manner.• Track and notify customers of any new updates on shipping and delivery progress until completion according to the requirements of the supplier, smoothly and satisfying customer.• Digitize data into the FAST system (Freight Assistance System Technology).Accumulate:• Master more dry and refrigerated goods export procedures of FCL, Consol, Air cargo - Export services.• Understand customs procedures and plant and animal quarantine, certificates, certifications for export goods.
