Digitize all operational processes to enhance the overall experience and maximize employee productivity.Responsibility:- Streamlined the development process by building a Design system, resulting in improved collaboration among team members and ensuring consistency across all projects through shared guidelines, reusable components, and standardized practices.- Primarily accountable for designed various projects such as:1. Smart Operations - Developing streamlined procedures for business operations, encompassing process design, request generation, and request approval.2. Recruitment Digitization - Modernizing the recruitment workflow by attracting candidates, assessing selections, and conducting comprehensive reporting and analysis on recruitment efficacy.3. Human Resources Management - Handling a spectrum of human resource tasks including information management, organizational chart, timekeeping, approval processes for time off, permissions, and overtime, as well as facilitating digital signatures.4. Shift Scheduling - Organizing and managing shift schedules tailored for retail and F&B establishments.- Developed a first concept of the app with more enhanced features that not only increased user engagement but also streamline functionality, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience.
