-Collaborate with production, product development, design and merchandising to ensure quality and delivery are achieved-Create and manage tech packs throughout the development and production process-Uphold brand integrity through fit continuity, elevated construction finishes and consistency-Conduct fittings, capturing team feedback and strategizing how to improve the garment overall fit and look to meet company standards-Modify patterns and drape if necessary to correct balance and fit issues-Follow up on e-mails from overseas manufacturers regarding fit comments, construction, grading and any related inquiries-Partner up with Quality Assurance to review Pre-Production Samples-Adhere to cross-functional calendar while being flexible to unforeseeable circumstances-Identify styles with potential issues to VP of Design and proactively seek solutions or provide alternative options-Attend relevant departmental meetings, post line review, weekly production meetings and weekly development meetings

-Conducted fit sessions with Director and Senior Designer to develop Brand aesthetic, silhouette and proportion-Assisted in solving all technical issues related to fit and execution including fabric application, construction and cost engineering-Communicated to factories fit intent, garment balance and construction revisions through fit notes, diagrams, digital photos-Utilized Illustrator/Photoshop to interpret modifications and keeping a well organized record through Excel-Analyzed and manipulate patterns including draping to correct fit and balance-Advised initial garment specs and detailed construction adhering to the company standards for development-Reviewed and Approve final grading specs for bulk production-Reviewed PP & TOP samples to assure quality has been upheld

-Provided specifications and garment construction methods for new style development and cost engineer for bulk production-Worked closely with merchandising team to ensure product line was cohesive and on trend-Oversaw a team of in-house pattern-makers providing design, construction feedback and quick solutions when faced with roadblocks-Approved lab dips, strike-offs, print placement and trimming-Attended weekly fittings for Plus, Missy and Petites ensuring cross consistency

-Assisted Creative Director in creating concepts, trend boards and silhouettes-Created detailed garment tech packs for overseas development including: embroidery designs, sequin motifs, tie-dye patterns, and print layouts-Utilized Photoshop and Illustrator to create technical flats and line sheets

-Liaison between design and production keeping detail records of all fabrics, trims, lab dips and approvals-Created detailed flat sketches and input garment information into PLM for its full life cycle-Created technical packages for in-house sample room and overseas development
