• Launched Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) experiences in the payment flow for all channels that Amazon Pay operates in Europe based on Payment Service Directive 2 (PSD2).• Acted as team manager of 4 TPMs for one year. • Launched the first 3P Alexa skill with commerce functionality in Japan together with Japanese Red Cross Society. • Launched transaction processing through ChaseNet for Chase issued credit card in US. Amazon Pay is the first business in the company that adopted ChaseNet. This reduces the Cost of Payments (COP) for Amazon Pay. • Launched Merchant Category Code (MCC) based processing fee for Amazon Pay in Japan. This enabled Amazon Pay to expand further in travel, consumer electronics, donation, and public services in categories in Japan.

• Launched integration with ATM Rails network to route Debit Card transactions through lower cost of payments network. Amazon was the first in the world to integrate with Dual Messaging (Auth + Settle) capability with ATM Rails network• Launched a series of chargeback recovery improvement programs for Amazon Pay across all geographies. Major Achievements:• Led a team of 14 to deliver core real-time charging service. Delivered high through-put charging service of 300+ TPS. The enhanced capability helps Optus to have PSMS revenue increment by 350%. • Delivered an E2E Workflow for Optus Service Creation Environment (SMS & PSMS services) which resulted in 38% reduction in Premium SMS complaint calls to Optus Cust Care. • Led the team to deliver the complete monthly subscription model with trial feature (Opt-in and Opt-out) for Optus and SingTel.• Successfully pitched software development work of charging service for Optus with detailed solution proposal & project plan. It is part of the A$10M Optus network re-engineering project based on SOA• Analyzed the differences of the mobile-commerce charging system between SingTel and ‘yes’ Optus (Australia) and came out with common core platform requirement specification.• Managed and delivered the data centre migration project on schedule within 5 months. Both the Application Server and Database Server version were upgraded. Successfully mitigated the risk by implementing the project in incremental manner (3 phases).
