Sandwich Nation was (apparently, courtesy Covid) a dream project that specializes in healthy and fresh Sandwiches. We had a mix of American, Italian and Mexican cuisine under our banner. We became profitable in under two years and decided to expand in Jan 2020. Pandemic ruined our plans and we had to close the Operations in Sep 2020 as it was personally funded venture. Responsibilities: • Overall Business Management, including Procurement (direct contracts with Manufacturers/Distributors), Sales, and Finance.• Sourcing Raw/Finished material from veteran suppliers/distributors in UAE.• Negotiating with Distributors/Suppliers on Pricing, Quality and Deliveries.• Arranging samples to introduce new recipes for our ever-growing menu. • Managing Accounts/Finance for smooth transitions and payment follow-ups.• Managing Logistics for timely delivery of orders.• Managing Documentation for DM and making sure the premises is up-to-date as per the norms of Govt. authorities.

- Determining technical training needs, identifying training gaps, & conducting programs to enhance the operational efficiency leading to increased productivity. - Perform needs analysis and review organizational resources to ensure that learning and development resources are developed to support learning needs.- Partner with all department heads/leaders to ensure an integrated and coordinated team approach in providing training on CRM modules usage.- Act as project manager to ensure learning activities are implemented according to plan. Proactively coach, mentor and counsel by providing recognition and constructive feedback.- Conceptualizing, implementing, monitoring and supporting IT infrastructure required to allow smooth functioning of all departments of the company.- Gathering service requirements and meeting peak application performance, required to meet the demands of everyday business, including all internal departments, organisation wide.- Effectuating proper maintenance of hardware & software in order to enhance the value-return of those assets. Engage vendors for procurement and replacement of new hardware to stay in sync with time.- Managed procurement of relevant hardware/software's utilizing expertise on various technicalities and brands in line with the operational requirements.

Responsibilities:- Creating Index for various B2B Directories.- Sourcing database for directories to be verified by the research team.- Conducting thorough research and quality check on the collected database for each directory.- Creating modules for directories in MS Access for database researchers. - Creating reports on weekly basis for each directory.- Preparing final layout database for designers.- Updating databases online for each directory.
