• Reconciled STAT ledgers for the past 3 years since 2013 onwards including VAT accounts resulting in credit of around $2mm as Input VAT for Turkey.
• Eliminated intercompany disconnects includes aged invoices for around $4.4mm otherwise written-off.

Manama, Bahrain

• Overseeing the establishment of new GEII Branch and implementation of ERP including ironing out various implementation issues.
• Managed complex multi-currency accounting ledgers for Bahrain and Saudi O&G and Corporate Ledgers including long term project accounting and related issues.
• Improved various internal dashboards and scorecards due to focus on the key processes.
• Improved various ‘Record to Report’ processes resulting in reduced Manual JE’s, and efficient and timely output which were replicated in the MENAT (5 countries) as best practice.
