• Assisting the General Manager in the complete project work from the start to the final handover.• Planning, initiating, executing, and monitoring projects along time, cost, & quality including technical (engineering) and techno-commercial coordination with all stakeholders • Inspecting sites to observe & evaluate progress, quality, condition and operability of facilities & structures, collecting site data and analyzing the same.• Managing the project start-up contracts (including bill of quantities / payment & quality status, progress status, & so on) / agreements formulation in coordination with internal and external legal / commercial teams.• Shortlisting vendors, floating tender, performing techno-commercial negotiations, and administering contract, billing, variation / deviation proposals, claims & so on.• Reviewing technical requirements (RFI) of client’s specifications and ensuring that agreement is reached on the basis of design; facilitating discussions with the client to assess their demand for specialized systems.• Analyzing all drawings & material schedule and supervising the site activities. • Conducting regular design / progress review meeting with consultants, vendor, engineering team to resolve site issues, review of safety issues & update the schedule of delivery. • Evaluating subcontractors obligations, QA/QC plans, safety plans and procedures to verify if they comply with contractual conditions.• Administering site engineers and supervisors, as applicable to ensure that project deliverables fully reflect QA/QC & safety requirements and other specific guidelines by the company.• Developing HVAC project closeout documents like O&M manuals, as-built drawings, warranty certificates, DLP (default liability program) chart, escalation chart, spare list, inventory/asset list and so on.
