At LVNL I was responsible for designing, creating, maintaining and managing online trainings for the education and training of dutch air traffic controllers, using several (graphic) tools. Topics ranged from technical system trainings to airlaw, airport layouts, procedures and aircraft performances. To do so, I worked together with training specialist, air traffic controllers and other e-learning developers.I also took part in multiple side projects, for example to increase the number of air traffic controllers for LVNL.

Developing e-learning courses with a great variety of topics (e.g. law, customer services, meteorology, mathematics and languages). The company develops its own e-learning courses as well as courses for enterprises.This job included activities such as writing storyboards, lay-out design, creating exams, assembling the courses and quality control.

This company created a tool to make videos interactive. Customers can use this tool to create their own interactive videos for learning, research or other purposes.My task was to create tailor-made interactive videos for clients or help them in the proces of creating them: from scripting till publishing. This included the following tasks:- Project management- Creating storyboards- Directing- Film editing- Conducting training sessions

I worked on projects within the programme ‘Wij maken het Mooier’, which encourages inhabitants of the province of Drenthe to suggest places in the province where the spatial quality could be improved. Submitters of the suggestions are being helped to properly design and execute their ideas to improve these areas.In addition, I also analyzed the consequences of the new ‘Omgevingswet’ for municipalities. This is a new law in progress, which will combine several current laws concerning the physical environment into one integrated law. This new law instructs (in the future) municipalities to create a ‘gemeentelijke omgevingsvisie’. I investigated what this new instrument will mean for the municipalities in Drenthe, and how several other municipalities (pilot studies) throughout the Netherlands already created such a strategic integral plan.

The development of e-learning courses with a wide variety of topics (e.g. sport injuries, meteorology and language courses) made from scratch, which included activities as writing, designing the lay-out, checking and improving the work of colleagues, making exams and assembling the courses.
