Participation in the development team of the Service EI_IS organization within T-Mobile. The implementation of the service stack is based on the ActiveEnterprise 5 suite of Tibco, including BusinessWorks, BusinessConnect, Adapter SDK and Administrator. Activities include building of NOVA (orange migration to T-Mobile), APOLLO (Tele2 migration to T-Mobile), MAXIMA II, COMS2 and many more handler and orchestration components in BusinessWorks, and implementation of GHTester, SOAPGUI and Database test scripts for unit and system test. Software used perforce (version control), batchtool (stresstest), repogenerator (auto generate standard services), eclipse and ant.

Participation in the development team of the Service IT-D organization within Essent. The implementation of the service stack is based on the ActiveEnterprise 5 suite of Tibco, including BusinessWorks, BusinessConnect, SAP R/3 Adapter, Adapter SDK and Administrator. Activities include building of an error handler component in BusinessWorks, building a proof of concept using BusinessConnect and implementation of GHTester test scripts.

Rollout of EAI/Tibco in the KPN Fixed organization within a three year period, called ‘KPN EAI programme’. This is a full scale implementation based on the ActiveEnterprise 5 suite of Tibco, including BusinessWorks, BusinessWorks Workflow, Adapter SDK, AKC Common Adapter Toolkit (CAT), Administrator, SmartMapper. The programme consists of multiple teams comprising project management, design & architecture, build, test and managed operations. Main goals of the programme are cost-saving through rationalization of the 1000+ applications within KPN Fixed and supporting/allowing a more customer-centric approach.Acting as one of the developers within the Build team of 15 developers. Responsible for on-time and on-budget delivery of multiple projects. Activities include design reviews, implementation of BW taskflows and adapters, bug fixing, testing support, production support and configuration management. Specific projects include design and implementation of BW components based on SOAP, HTTP(S), JDBC, Java, RV and EMS and components based on the SAP R/3 adapter and the Adapter SDK as well as implementation of parts of the automated build environment.

Design and implementation of a web-based ordering system for the KPN Epacity project. This project implements the IP VPN ordering system of KPN and is heavily based on TIBCO, Siebel and Oracle. Technologies used are Visual Interdev, Homesite, JCreator, Decafe, ClearCase, JSP, Java, Calico and TIBCO.Activities include prototyping, development of the website itself, development of interfaces to Calico and TIBCO, test and production support and documentation.

Various assignments related to web-based development of ordering systems using technologies such as Visual Interdev, Homesite, ASP, Javascript, VBScript, Site Server and SQL Server. Activities include setup of the development environment, installation and configuration of the Baan ERP suite (E-Enterprise, E-Sales, E-Collaboration, E-Manager, E-Configurator), adaptation to customer requirements, development of extra requirements, adaptation to the KPN intranet look and feel and maintenance and incident control.Specific projects are BCSE-sales, ENE-sales, BRSE-sales (all based on Baan ERP) and Komnet.

Technical application management of all Access and Visual Basic applications used within KPN. Other technologies used are VBScript, Javascript and SQL Server. Responsible for management of backend databases and various front-ends, incident management, analysis and implementation of change requests and end-user support.

Maintenance and system test of the KPN wholesale billing system (ABC/CBX, Taps/Node, Access billing convertor). Responsible for implementation of new functionalities or changing existing functionality based on functional requirements and change requests. Also responsible for writing and executing system tests. Other activities include updating system documentation, incident management and production support.

Functional and technical application management of various applications for personnel administration in use within KPN (Octopus, Link, NAW). These applications are based on Visual Basic, Access and SQL Server. Responsible for database management and maintenance, implementation of change requests, end-user support and reporting based on customer requirements.

All-round member of the UTN team. Activities include provisioning of leased/fixed lines, quality insurance of newly introduced technology, maintenance and incident solving of all KPN infrastructure equipment, maintenance and incident solving at customer premises, maintenance and incident solving of broadband video network and radio wave equipment, mentoring and coaching of new employees, on call support.
