I've worked for a US-based company as a Customer Retention Team Lead and have helped them grow their Retention % from 10% to an average of 30%+. All these Analytical, Technical, and Detail-Oriented Mind Development happened due to my Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, from which I graduated as one of the Top 10 students of my batch, and a Master's in Project Management, which I'm always going to be grateful for as it has helped me immensely in establishing my skills such as Extreme Ownership, Decision Making, Policy Making, Time Management, Team Management, Data Management, Communications Management, and Attention to Detail. The 3 skills that I'm extremely proud of among the above-mentioned are:1. Attention to Detail:Since I'm an Engineer by Education, while my grandfather was a Construction Manager and my father was an Assistant Project Manager, this skill was passed on to me in my DNA. This skill has helped me in remembering Codes & Conducts, Rule & Regulations, Policies & Protocols of each and every role that I've been in!2. Communication Management:Since the beginning of my professional life, I have been so obsessed with this skill that I was immediately made a Communication Manager by the Director Projects and I was the one to deal with all the information / requests being floated around different projects stakeholders.
