I've worked for a US-based company as a Customer Retention Team Lead and have helped them grow their Retention % from 10% to an average of 30%+. All those retained members have spent more than $7.5M since I started working as a Retention Agent in 2020 up till Q3 of 2024, which is a HUGE accomplishment for me as the Leader of a Team that I helped in Shortlisting, Interviewing, Hiring & Training them in June 2020.This accomplishment has been possible due to the Constant Improvement of the Retention Team through Training and Very High Quality Control & Assurance happening to date, which has helped this team to return 7 times more than what they have been spent upon, and counting...All this was made possible due to my training, which was done by a Director of Projects, to whom I used to report directly. I used to work as a Construction Manager for 7 years before I started my career in the Retention Industry. All these Analytical, Technical, and Detail-Oriented Mind Development happened due to my Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, from which I graduated as one of the Top 10 students of my batch, and a Master's in Project Management, which I'm always going to be grateful for as it has helped me immensely in establishing my skills such as Extreme Ownership, Decision Making, Policy Making, Time Management, Team Management, Data Management, Communications Management, and Attention to Detail. The 3 skills that I'm extremely proud of among the above-mentioned are:1. Attention to Detail:Since I'm an Engineer by Education, while my grandfather was a Construction Manager and my father was an Assistant Project Manager, this skill was passed on to me in my DNA. This skill has helped me in remembering Codes & Conducts, Rule & Regulations, Policies & Protocols of each and every role that I've been in!2. Communication Management:Since the beginning of my professional life, I have been so obsessed with this skill that I was immediately made a Communication Manager by the Director Projects and I was the one to deal with all the information / requests being floated around different projects stakeholders. This skill further helped me in creating Policies & Protocols for my Retention Team which has been function to date by following those documents.3. Extreme Ownership:I've been the ONLY Male in my household which helped develop this skill when I was a teenager, and to this day, I completely hold myself responsible for all my decisions, even if they are based on intuition that has been constantly polished by all that time & experience since 2012.
