Employer Branding at SAP sits with the Talent Discovery business area and comprises recruitment marketing campaigns, careers site development, creative services and #LifeAtSAP. This global team of full time employees, interns and working students is based from US through to China and I have the privilege of guiding them as we showcase what makes SAP an awesome place to work.As of 1st September 2024 this team now also holds responsibility for DEI initiatives within Talent Discovery.

I lead a team of campaign managers who build and run employer brand and recruitment marketing campaigns for all talent groups and countries. This includes EVP localization, content creation, media research and buying, and dashboard management. I am also the customer manager within the Global Employer Brand team for our Tech TA organization, owning EB topics for all labs locations including US, Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, CZ, India and China.

Supporting the Global Head of Technology Recruitment to build brand strategies that attract and engage top tech talent around the world. Customer Success Manager for EMEA - working with TA and hiring managers to plan and execute hiring campaigns across EMEA for all career paths.I was project lead for the roll out of the latest iteration of the global EVP, working with a third-party agency to create a visual identity that would bring to life the EVP values across all employer brand touchpoints.

In this newly created role I own the relationship between global talent acquisition teams and business units and SAP's award-winning creative employer branding team. Campaigns include both short-term candidate attraction/recruitment marketing and long term employer brand strategies.

This was a new role to create and build a team to manage all recruitment communications materials for global recruitment in to 9 MENA operating markets. This included EVP research and analysis, careers website scoping, writing and building, budget planning, media buying and campaign management.As the relationship owner of the LinkedIn contract, I was also responsible for all training, tool usage and content. During this time, we won three awards: Best TA Team (2015 and 2016) and Best Employer Brand (2016).Role included establishing the Alshaya EVP, careers website build, creation of social media strategy and assisting in the workflow and communication build behind a new ATS.

Together Comms is an advertising, design and digital agency specialising in recruitment and employment communications. As Account Manager I managed a broad spectrum of clients from big name charities, large corporate organisations, recruitment consultancies and small local businesses. Requests ranged from one off recruitment ads, on job boards or in print, through to creative campaigns with full response management. In addition to recruitment advertising we market and advertise some product brands including Wave Gift Cards and Truckprotect.
