The Wayfarer Foundation seeks to support organizations who are making the world a better place.

Oversee the creation of online media content including video, photography, and text; monitor social media exposure and engagement, primarily through Google Analytics; suggest and craft strategy based on analytics; design, create and produce content for websites on a variety of platforms; collaborate with various departments and teams within the organization to achieve shared goals; work with PR office on Facebook and Twitter presence; presenter at national conferences on how to use social and online media to accomplish goals of local volunteers. Major accomplishments:-Helped raise over $200 million in fundraising-Drafted annual strategy document, including analysis of internal and external communications, social media strategy, and community outreach efforts-Drafted monthly reports to Board of Trustees outlining recent achievements, challenges and learning-Led collaboration with other offices-Developed $1.5 million office budget and managed oversight-Coordinated video production strategy and distribution -Personally created some of the most viewed videos in the entire organization with nearly 20,000 combined finishes. Videos ranged in style from animation to live footage, from parodies to inspirational-Created and helped maintain a national online social network with over 900 local volunteers-Created website and assisted in the creation of a marketing strategy for an online donation system that brought in over $1M monthly and over 2,000 users, many of them aged 18-35-Curated and produced multimedia content for a financial literacy website targeting people ages 18-35; curated shared content, created comic strip, wrote and produced video, drafted blog posts: fundamentals.bahai.us-Designed layout and produced copy for printed brochures designed to communicate budgetary goals and the vision of the organization at national conferences-Launched a texting initiative and grew it to 2,500 subscribers -drafted and sent texts on a biweekly basis

Created logo and online presence for a burgeoning Chicago-based art collective comprising musicians, painters, and photographers. Responsible for posting and creating content, responding to inquiries and communications from artists and bloggers, and promoting events and concerts.

Taught writing-intensive, state-mandated course for aspiring teachers on the history of the US educational system. Developed innovative, dialogue based curriculum intended to encourage new ways of thinking about education and their role as teachers.

Taught at-risk middle school students in an alternative school and juvenile detention center.
