This is my parent company that manages our YouTube and Twitch media productions online and our Gamers Heaven and Gamers Heaven Arena & Event Center businesses.

I am currently working to update our internal clients policy and procedures library, which consists of several different databases. Me and my team are in the process of transferring all the information under a central SharePoint site to have all their content organized, searchable, and easily accessible. I am also working with concepts in Knowledge Management and Big Data solutions.

As a processing associate at Vanguard, I process a large variety of client requests. I am responsible for making sure that all request follow both Vanguard and FINRA regulations. I was apart of the first group of employees to be dual trained in the two different groups that existed in the processing department. I was responsible for becoming efficient at many different functions that were normally done by several different processing specialists. I will be receiving my series 6 and 63 licenses this summer.

During this time, I had worked as a contractor for Prudential Financial through Corporate Brokers. As a Death Claims Processor, I was in charge of processing the many different death claim requests for Prudential's customers. I had to maintain a strict processing schedule and performance levels. While working as a contractor, I had developed a production tracker that would replace the current programs used by Prudential. The new program was to counter the inefficiencies of the current trackers, and allow for upper management to keep better records of individual performances.

A Store manager in training. As an Assistant Store manage, it is my duty to assistant the Store manager with daily task and ensure the store is running to standards. In charge of inventory, shippment, shrink, sales, employees, code of conduct, customer satisfaction and experience, marketing, keeping up to date on current titles, and market focus.

Worked as an anylst for Zooyan/CliqSearch. Did market research related with various forms of social media, and its subsidiaries. Reearched many business and different market segments. Created daily and weekly reports with up to date information that could be used to improve our business model.

During College I decided to try and start my dream of a new electronic store, and opened my business. I started off in my dormitory and quickly expanded to a store front in downtown Bradford, PA. I did not have any funding from investors and was done through personal finances. I had won a school competition awarded a grant to help expand the business, but in the end I saw that I needed to start over with proper funding and in a different location. I still have plans to reopen my business one day.

Assisted the Assistant and Store managers in managerial tasks, and was the manager on duty most of the time. I had to handle inventory, employees, the store, shrink, sales, marketing, customer service, and store operations. I worked in this positions as a summer job for school.
