Promoted to help redesign the iconic Intel Inside® co-marketing program, leading communications, training and web programs. Developed training and communications for internal teams and more than 3K program members. Created and managed a customer communication roadmap to ensure robust, relevant content was localized in 12 different languages. Managed a $1.2M budget, collaborating with creative agencies in delivering member support tools, online training modules, UX analysis for the website, and other digital marketing communications opportunities.

• Contributed to four product launches and sales of 2M Classmate PC units with market-ready materials.• Sparked awareness of Intel’s offerings in the education sector. Leveraged product / lifestyle photography, marketing videos and other materials for global teams to use in sales discussions.

Initially hired to serve as Training Implementation Manager for Sales Operations, in April 2004. In November 2004, took over as Global Skills Training Program Manager, developing and overseeing the lifecycle of core sales and marketing skills courses. Collaborated with worldwide sales, marketing, and third-party vendors, and managed a $3.2M skills training budget to deliver soft skills training to over +1,600 sales and marketing professionals.

Joined Intel as Marketing Activities Traffic Manager which led to the Operations Specialist role promotion in 2002.
