Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation major as an undergraduate student at Indiana University Bloomington's Kelley School of Business. Communication, Group-working and Passion are 3 traits I value the most and identify myself with. Based on my experience, I found that far better results were achieved when the above three traits were met than simply myself working hard. Being multilingual, and understanding the difference between culture helped me to build a lot of consensus with different people, which leads to the best results a group can produce.By traveling to many countries and encountering various cultures, I know that consumers tend to be very different from country to country. After gaining more experience in Kelley School of Business, I want to be a person who can contribute to the globalization of the company.
