Responsibilities include:- Managing projects from conception to delivery- Creating and working to production schedules.- Over seeing and execution of talent contracts.- Negotiating and licensing music with 3rd party rights holders.- Music searches- Creative Music Supervision across brand work, TV and games.- Booking of production venues and equipment- Budget management

My job at Sony consisted of managing and creating new client accounts within the advertising and production industry. Creating pitching opportunities for any projects with these accounts and then pitching Sony music for these briefs. I represented the company at events whilst also assisting the head of the department in any admin jobs. I also managed our online channels and created a show reel for the department.

I was the highest acting member of staff in a live TV studio, managing a team of upto 7 freelancers, both on screen talent and production staff. My job was to create a concept and running theme for 7 hours of TV, brief a team and then execute this live on TV with talkback to a presenter, I was in charge of camera and sound whilst also monitoring targets throughout the show and motivating everyone.
