Gulftainer is the largest privately owned Port Terminal Operator, based in UAE and with operations across the Globe. I work as a Group IT Audit and SAP Project Manager based out of UAE. I was selected as a Project Manager for SAP S4 Hana implementation at Gulftainer and successfully delivered the implementation in UAE and roll out in Iraq. This was a landmark project for the company as being one of the first S4 Hana greenfield implementations in the region. Responsibilities & Achievements:- Played a pivotal role as a Project Manager in SAP S4 Hana implementation for UAE and roll out for Iraq. - Analysed and managed process integration between Procurement, HR, Sales, Engineering and Finance processes. - Responsible for Project scope definition, Project Plan, Quality of deliverable, timely project completion, change management, cut over strategy and post go-live support. - Monitored and managed daily requests and issues from end-users. - As a Group IT Audit Manager, perform IT Risk Assessment and IT Audits to be in compliance with ISO 27001. - Audits the systems and information management processes to identify breaches. Recommend effective remedial measures based on identified breaches and follow up with respective stakeholders for implementation. Focus on enhancing data security by setting up effective internal controls and processes - Spearheaded the cross functional initiative to achieve process optimization and standardization - Evaluate / ensure compliance to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans across sites.
