H. Wayne Clark, Jr., is a Partner at Foley & Mansfield. Mr. Clark practices in both state and federal courts and focuses on all aspects of hospitality law, construction law, trucking law, premises and security liability, condominium disputes, wrongful death and commercial litigation. As a part of representing his hospitality clients, Mr. Clark has conducted hundreds of investigations into criminal acts ranging from deaths, sexual assaults, prostitution, human trafficking and various other crimes against persons as well as theft of high end commercial products. Mr. Clark handles all aspects of criminal investigations for civil purposes for his corporate clients. Mr. Clark has also conducted numerous large fire loss investigations and assisted his clients in those claims. Mr. Clark has a thriving portion of his practice devoted to commercial litigation as well as representation of both high-end and economy hotels on behalf of Fortune 500 companies and national real estate developers. He also handles construction litigation throughout the state of Florida, representing developers, general contractors, sub-contractors and design professionals for both residential and commercial properties. Mr. Clark has litigated routine lien matters to complex multi-million dollar construction defect cases. He serves as counsel for a Fortune 500 construction company.Mr. Clark is adept at handling the gamut of discovery issues and has taken thousands of depositions. He has considerable experience researching complicated legal issues and drafting substantive legal pleadings in matters ranging from multi-district and class action litigation to complex litigation in state and federal courts. Prior to joining Foley & Mansfield, Mr. Clark worked for a state firm in Florida as a Partner running their construction division. He gained extensive experience in the construction arena while serving in the U.S. Army at Fort Bragg, where he worked as an Airborne Engineer and Construction Engineer. He also served two years as a Staff Attorney for The Honorable Robert Rosenberg and The Honorable Victor Tobin in the 17th Judicial Circuit.
