Review n ensure right resource for the project to ensure success(3) Leading the team to meet SCHEDULE, COST and QUALITYKey Responsibilities for Engineering:(1) Assist company to 1st setup TL management process control in year 2004-2006(2) Project transfer from taiwan RD development to China manufacturing(3) Line layout, process optimizationKNOWLEDGE & SKILL SET GAINED: (1) In depth knowledge of working with ODM Business(2) Extensive people, project and operation management experience(3) Strong product development experience with cross-functional experience(4) Global experience in managing project / program mgmt with Customer from various sites ( USA, Japan, Asia – Singapore, Taiwan, China )(5) In-depth technical knowledge in scanner, ADF(6) In-depth knowledge in overall operation (Development, Manufacturing)
