Developed and implemented spare part management strategy – key activities included creating initial master data management standards, enabling systematic inventory management (purchase orders to receipt to replenishment and refurbishment of parts) and outsourcing risk by implementing vendor managed inventory. • Operational Due Diligence & PMO: Led operations diligence assessment for $800M beverage acquisition and simultaneous $200M divestiture. Stood up the PMO operations for the integration of the acquired sites with a simultaneous new ERP implementation by hosting future state workshops, standardizing processes, creating work plans, and diligently tracking progress to ensure on-time and successful delivery.• Warehouse Operations: Built global 3PL playbook to harmonize warehouse operations standards across business divisions and global regions from receiving through order shipment for a $3B global polymer manufacturer by documenting the current state performance via surveys, interviews, and site visits and layering in a gap analysis to leading practice to align on how the client will go to market with 3PLs in the future.
