I had an amazing time helping young people explore their own talents and skills and realise their potential. Many of the young people I worked with had problems accessing the National Curriculum but blossomed and flourished within the alternative curriculum. They achieved things they never thought they would and learnt how to become young adults able to mix in social situations and work well with others as part of a team.
