Responsible of the Mineral Resources from project to construction:• I leaded the technical studies towards the approval and construction of the mine.• I thoroughly reviewed all the processes of data collection and geology modelling (drilling, logging, mapping, sampling, labs, QAQC, etc.) for more accurate mineral resource assessment.• I implemented state-of-the-art estimation techniques such as unfolding, QKNA, contact analysis, grade-shells, etc., aimed at better reconciliation results.• I’ve reported and signed-off the Mineral Resources Statement of Quellaveco as the Competent Person (JORC), for the start-up of the operation.

In charge of Mineral Resources, Geometallurgy, Ore Control and project development:• • I leaded the technical studies for the expansion of the pit, increasing the LOM in 8 years, thoroughly reviewing geology, geometallurgy and geotech models.• I optimized sampling, QAQC, Ore Control geology models, and estimation process, achieving F1 and F2 reconciliations inside +-3%.

In charge of the Resource Modelling, Grade Control and near-mine exploration:• • As the CP for resources, I optimized the models to reconcile inside +- 5% monthly without significant bias, through an efficient coordination of the multidisciplinary team.• I optimized the database, allowing multiple sets of information such as geometallurgy, Geotech, etc. to be administered in a single engine for modelling purposes.

In charge of the Geology and estimation models for Long and Short Term• I optimized and automated the estimation systems for Ore Control, Medium and Long-Term Mineral Resources fully with Datamine macros.• I’ve implemented the 3D modelling with Leapfrog, optimizing time and accuracy of the models.

Resource estimation and project evaluation for mines and near-mine projects:• I increased resources in 30% through an efficient evaluation of near-mine resource potential, accurate infill drilling, optimal geological modelling, and efficient estimation. • I’ve implemented the 3D geological modelling with Leapfrog, optimizing times in 50%.

Lagunas Norte - Peru

Grade Control, Short-Term estimation, sampling, QAQC:• I leaded the start-up of the mine, implementing the procedures of sampling, QAQC, pit mapping, logging, polygon design, etc. aimed at optimizing ore reconciliation.• I leaded the geometallurgy team to optimize the recovery in the leach-pad through an effective classification of ore types and accurate mineralogical modelling.

Alto Chicama Project - Peru

Technical Studies, mapping, logging, drilling, sampling, geometallurgy:• I leaded the completion of Technical Studies to declare mineral resources and ore reserves for further approval and construction of the mine. • Successfully contributed to the start-up of the mine through an effective identification and modelling of ore types based on geo-metallurgical inputs and geo-mechanical parameters for an optimal throughput.

Mapping, logging, drilling, sampling:• Successfully contributed to the discovery of the 8.5MOz Au Lagunas Norte epithermal gold deposit through an effective geological prospection and exploration drilling campaign. • I’ve identified several high potential targets in the surroundings of the project through effective geophysical and geochemical surveys, drilling campaigns, etc.
