Mars Rover Mechanical Division Member
Current- Collaborated with a team in the design and assembly of a 5 degrees of freedom robotic arm rover to compete at the Canadian International Rover Challenge.
- Designed six limit switch mounts for enhanced positioning accuracy, reduced vibrations and minimized bending which led to operational efficiency of the robotic arm.
- Conceptualized and 3D-printed ODrive, USB isolator and encoder mounts/covers to facilitate installation and wiring.
- Presented design prototypes and manufacturing plans to team leads during meetings and incorporated discussed adjustments into projects.
