In this internship, I involved in devising start-up strategies and development proposals for the property development of Zhuhai Gree Square, finished two chapters of the report independently. After that, I assisted my direct leader in developing a large real estate project, conducting feasibility analysis, doing market analysis, making marketing strategies and revising the feasibility on the development report. I get some useful working experience and made some nice friends in this journey.

Hopefluent is a premier real estate agent for the primary and secondary property markets in Guangzhou. #1 Helped finish semi-annual report on the property market in Zhongshan City, responsible for summarizing the monthly reports( from January 2011 to March 2011) and sorting out information. #2 Conducted marketing research in Zhongshan City in August 2011, completed a monthly report with the other three interns.#3 Participated in devising marketing strategies for a coastal area of Tianjin City, and making marketing plans for two residential buildings of Haikou City.
