These goals are achieved through projects allocated to team members for self-management. Some of my key projects/deliverables:- Co-ordinate with the Operation Finance team and related departments in communication and planning from preparation to implementation for the year-end stock count of Milwaukee Business Unit with a total inventory value of 70 mil USD.- Working with the Customs & IT team to develop an environment for uploading and auto-mapping between Customs and Oracle transactions data, visualizing variance lively for tax risks estimation.- Ensure the accuracy of document information such as PO, Invoice, Packing List which are generated from the system and used for custom declaration.- Support to build a standard process of purchasing testing wood for the Lab department as it meets requirements from suppliers in terms of payment terms, delivery, and consignment storage.- Build a lean workflow of payment documents automated submission utilizing the Power Automate app as it helps reduce the time from checking to approval for payment.- Reporting: + Working with IT to deliver report used for monitoring and controlling the raw material movement status of inter-plant transfer transactions from one site to another.+ Periodically reporting inventory value of the whole company and highlighting abnormal parts such as slow-moving defective materials, NG materials that need returning to the suppliers...+ Calculating historical data to view overall receiving status and point out which BU doesn't comply with customs regulation as EPE must complete receiving within 14 days from the customs declaration.
