Successfully completed the Avatar Ignite Program and now sponsored into the Avatar Studio Phase by Suncor. Contributing as a partner and a chemical engineer into a new venture called INFRARE-GEN X. INFRARE-GEN X is a breakthrough technology in the field of carbon capture that focuses on improving the overall efficiency of existing capture technologies.

Part of the Avatar Innovations Inc. Ignite Program - 2023. Working on the development of potential Carbon Capture and Utilization technologies along with a team of highly experienced industry experts.

• Built 2D and 3D reservoir numerical models using CMG-GEM to simulate the process of flooding the core with injection streams of carbon dioxide and a high mineral content stream.• Investigated the reaction rate, percentage of carbon dioxide mineralized in the reaction, change in porosity and permeability during mineralization, and sensitivity analysis of injection pressure, temperature, composition, and concentration of the mineral stream.• Developed a hundred-meters scale 3D numerical model to simulate the field scale injection process in the McMurray formation and tuned the model as per lab data. • Interacted and learned from a team of highly experienced reservoir engineers with weekly meetings on work updates, problem-solving, and brainstorming.

• Designed an end-to-end process for the operational management of more than 8000 business development employees. Carried out resource planning, employee distribution, database management, and team planning across PAN India for over 150 sales teams using data analytics with Microsoft Excel.• Worked on optimizing operational issues raised by the sales team through tickets and emails. Defined cohorts and timelines along with relevant stakeholders.• Mediated as the stakeholder of the company in handling operational activities, invoice settlements, inter-company communication, and negotiations with a third-party communication-based company, Flock with more than 7000 active users of our company. Provided usage reports within the company using Metabase.

• Planned and established new sales and marketing initiatives.• Researched organizations and individuals to find potential leads and opportunities.• Carried out end-to-end B2C sales of BYJU's Tutorial Programs.

• Headed the AAPG – Presidency University Student Chapter. Organized technical fests, guest lectures, and conferences under the banner of AAPG with a strong team. I had a chance to showcase and develop my communication, leadership, and management skills during this tenure.

• Identified causes of oil-well cement contamination in various Indian oil fields, determined the impact of contamination on the oil-well cement integrity, identified additives to mitigate oil-well cement contamination and improve cement properties such as compressive strength, setting time, pumpability, and the overall rheology. • Designed an activated carbon-infused cement slurry with improved rheology, setting time, and compressive strength for shallow, deep, and high-pressure high-temperature (HPHT) wells.• Determined the optimum dosage of activated carbon as a potential additive to improve the overall integrity of the oil-well cement as part of the research and development project.

• Designed oil-based and water-based drilling fluids based on oil-well data collected from Ankleshwar well sites. Developed drilling fluids with modified composition and rheology for HPHT wells.

• Industrial Training for the duration of 2 months that focused on the construction and programming of robotic models.• Construction of robotic models using NXT and NOVABOT. Programming them using NOVASOFT and LEGO MINDSTORMS.• Included a robotics awareness program, during which visits were made to schools and the basics of robotics were taught to the students
