Fixed Asset:-• Manage Fixed Asset Register • Monthly Depreciation run.• Cost capitalization / Asset cost in transit expensing.• Monthly asset register reporting / Monthly depreciation reporting.Banking and Finance:-• Reviewed and approved online bank payments for subcontractors and suppliers.• Laisse with banks for Letter of credit / Bank Guarantee.• Ensure payments are released in compliance with agreed payment terms and conditions• Receipts and allocation in ERP.• Bank Reconciliation.• Monthly Trial Balance• Income and Expense Reports / Revenue recognition.• Balance sheet.• Support month end /year end closing.General and Tax• Control and manage the Chart of accounts in Xpedeon ERP.• Create accounting periods/ Run period closure process.• Liaise with external auditors as needed to ensure the audits are completed as per the required timeframes.• Asses / Compile and Filling Monthly VAT returns for the Group and fulfill the Tax obligation.
