Responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of wireline operations.

One of a small group of instructors training Weatherford Wireline Junior field engineers. Including: Introduction to Geology, 8Hour radiation safety course, Well log interpretation, tool theory and practical logging skills. During my time in this position I was active in reducing the workload for each instructor by streamlining assessment processes. I also reviewed and revised training material for the theory and practical application of logging measurements such as resistivity, porosity, acoustic and fluid sampling.

created and controlled a quality management system for a 28 truck wireline operation operating across the black sea area.

Conducted Cased hole logging and perforating operations in a remote location.After the contract finished I was assigned to start up a base in Romania. Highlights included:> An internal quality audit score of 94%, a record. > Operating margin above 50%> Strong morale and continuous development of the personnel

Organized day to day running of open hole operations covering UK and regional support. During my time in this position I continuously introduced and streamlined procedures.

Set up and establish a wireline business in Siberia performing logs of horizontal wells as well as logging through pipe. I was also involved in operations in Africa and New Zealand covering Borehole seismic work as it came up across Europe and Africa.

Planning and conducting remote/offshore borehole seismic operations I moved due to the acquisition of CGG borehole by Baker Atlas.
