Possessing a visual and constructive mind for flow and design, hydroponic growing systems and eco construction have been my passion and focus for over 20 years. I have gained extensive experience in design and construct, implementation and management in the fields of hydroponics, eco construction and landscape. In the 1990's I designed, built and maintained over a 100 small to medium scale hydroponic systems for individuals and business, implementing growing modules into landscape and building projects.From 2000 I began consulting to commercial growers in Victoria's Yarra Valley advising on design and management processes to improve efficiencies and cost controls.In 2006 I began 'Hydroponic Vision Consultancy' along with Greg Lloyd Builder P/L, a building, landscaping and hydroponic design and construct company. In 2012 I focused on eco construction specialising in mud homes. In 2015 I moved to Bali and commenced the creation of two communal eco village projects, a total of 24 mud homes. Possessing an active and visual mind I can think quickly and constructively, building and breaking down ideas and proposals of design and strategy. I am able to formulate plans and determine structural means of process with action.I have managed and run businesses on two continents, lived on three, and traveled through dozens of countries giving me insight into design structures, management skills, cultural boundaries and environmental needs.I work quickly and efficiently with a sharp mind for processes and outcomes. I perform well in a team with encouragement and diplomacy but am highly motivated and decisive when working on my own.
