To help support staff and students as the University upgrades from older version to new version. The role is to supplement the support and training offered by LMS facilitators and staff from the Innovative Learning and Teaching team.

I was a tutor for Information Systems where I taught first-year students problem solving, solution identification, modelling, business processes in Microsoft Visio and identification of effective systems. I was lucky enough to have been selected by the course coordinator as a tutor in my second year of university. Leading the Activate programme. Activate programme is about leadership development, growth and recruitment process for AIESEC Auckland. I had to deliver with my team high-quality workshops throughout 10 weeks to 45 selected highly competent individuals in the programme.

The experience as the Manager in the Incoming Exchange function was one of the most rewarding experience he had in AIESEC. Incoming Exchange function were responsible for sales and taking charge of the needs of the exchange participants in New Zealand The service side of this role required Tony to liaise with other organisations, exchange participants and organise social events. The operation side demanded more technical skills; project management, database management, system analysis, sales initiatives, and applying grants. He excelled in this role to be recommended for National Sales Force team to represent the national team and earn two distinguished awards in the organisation.
