    - Created DFMEA for localization system of gantry robot for automating tote picking and stowing at Amazon fulfillment centers.- Developed Statement of Work for Tote Inspection Prototype for inspecting totes inbound to tote storage field to ensure totes meet requirements for EoAT on robots.- Worked with 7 different vendors to acquire and test demo units of 3D sensors (3D TOF, structured light, etc) to create trade study on sensors for measuring tote fill levels and detecting overheight totes.- Collaborated with Safety staff and Reliability & Maintenance Engineers (RME) at testing site to set up sensor mounting frames on conveyors for testing sensors requiring moving totes.- Supported retrofitting deployed item singulator robots at IXD by testing performance, troubleshooting problems, checking alignments, etc.- Created calibration guide for photoelectric sensors on singulator cells and collaborated with RMEs to calibrate sensors in all cells.- Performed testing and data analysis from singulator cells at IXD to determine whether machine capabilities were variables in analyzing performance gaps.- Collaborated with other hardware engineers to analyze root cause of singulator performance deficiency.
