Developed the ‘guide application’ to offer users the opportunity to experiencethemajor theme park in mobile application. (e.g., the real-time ride wait timeservice), and Designed information contents of the mobile service applicationsand tested functionality with Flash Action Script.

Suggested the design guidelines for a universal phone for Korean elderly users,Planned user research (e.g.,open-ended questions, focus group interviews, andcontextual inquiry), Conducted participatory observation of the elderly’s communicationcontexts with family members and friends, and Investigated existingmarket of the universal mobile phones.

Designed the UDRC database website (http://udrc.or.kr/), and Constructed theinformation architecture.

This project was supported by Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy of Korea. Planned user research on the disabled and the elderly, Studied usage contexts ofthe products of seven different companies in everyday lives of the participants(e.g., bath & kitchen utensils, electronic facilities, cosmetics, shoes, and karaoke),and Suggested comprehensive guidelines for universal design products.
