I am a PhD candidate in Materials Science & Engineering at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where I conduct cutting-edge research on Li-ion batteries (LIBs) and solid-state batteries (SSBs) for energy conversion and storage applications. My goal is to contribute to the development of sustainable and efficient energy solutions for the future.My research focuses on understanding the chemo-mechanics of silicon anodes and characterizing all solid-state batteries (ASSBs) with advanced characterization techniques such as Scanning Transmission Electron Microscopy (STEM) to gain a deeper understanding of the structure, composition, and cycling behavior of battery materials at the micro/nanoscale.I have published multiple papers in peer-reviewed journals and presented my findings at international conferences.
