- Led Kabbage integration for Lending Products, launching first ever digital bank-based external facing lending product within months of acquisition - Chief Credit Officer of Merchant Financing and Working Capital Terms and previously Chief Credit Officer of International and US Business Loans

- Stepped in as CRO where no risk organization was in place, built out an organizational vision, roadmap and structure as well as managing the external stakeholders and the Board- Led all risk conversations and discovery leading up to the Series C equity raising round, signing a new debt facility and other external investor explorations- Built a new framework for risk-sharing with merchants to provide financing solutions for less credit-developed consumers at a transactional level, driving new merchant acquisition as well as existing merchant growth

Responsible for Risk and Compliance oversight of the fraud decision strategies, global modelling, loss forecasting and the Group Finance organization

Led the risk organization with 4 verticals covering Portfolio Composition/Monitoring, Loss Forecasting & Provision, Model Risk Management, and Credit Administration

Led the mortgages credit risk organization for the AU$260bn mortgages book covering risk appetite settings, book quality, origination decisioning strategies, and portfolio tracking and monitoring capabilities, leading a team of over 40 people

- Led the Asia-Pacific stream on a US Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) stress testing validation for a global bank, covering credit cards, mortgages, and personal loans with total exposure of US$60B across multiple countries based out of Hong Kong- Led a model validation engagement for an Asian subsidiary of an Advanced Internal Ratings Based(AIRB) Australian bank for operational and PD models
